- Events with greater than 50 attendees must provide parking lot supervision either through their own staff and volunteers or through THSD. This is to ensure guests' safety in the parking areas and on the driveway, which at this time is only wide enough for one vehicle at a time.

Since we purchased the property in late 2004, we have built a 4800 square foot Training Building & Visitors Center and two state-of-the-art two kennel buildings.
The Visitors Center is available for rental for children’s birthday parties, conferences and other events. Featuring 3600 square feet in the main area, it boasts a state-of-the-art audio visual system including a 14 foot screen and ceiling mounted projector. It can run everything from movies to Power Point presentations to music to a website. It also has a kitchen area for light catering.
Tours
THSD offers tours to students and other groups. Tours include a video presentation, meeting the trainers and a tour of the kennels.
Minimum group – 10 people
Price: $4/child; $6/adult

Rental Rates
Texas Hearing & Service Dogs' new Training Building and Visitors Center may be rented for private events. Features:
Saturday and Sunday
Partial Day - $210
Full Day - $420
Over 10 hours - case by case
Each of the 5 hour slots listed below rent for $210; If your event spans more than one of these slots, regardless of the time length of your event, it is considered a full day and the rental rate is $420/day.
If your event is over 10 hours long, the rental rate will be set on a case by case basis.

6:00 PM - 11:00 PM $210
Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM $180
